1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Atty Labs ("Atty Labs," "we," "us") governing your purchase and use of access to any Atty Labs TradingView indicator or algorithm — including the Atty Algo Pack and every tool in it — and any related scripts, content, or services (the "Service"). These Terms apply to every Atty Labs product; where a section below names a specific algo or plan, that section applies to that algo only. By purchasing, requesting, or using access, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

2. The Product

The Atty Algo Pack is a subscription to a set of invite-only technical-analysis tools that run on the third-party TradingView platform. Today it includes Atty Stampede Algo, Atty SDP ATR Algo, Atty Execution Reality and Atty Session Map; tools may be added to the pack over time. The tools provide chart overlays, alert conditions and, in the case of strategy scripts, simulated results in TradingView's strategy tester only. They do not manage money and do not place, route, or execute trades with any broker. A TradingView account (any tier, subject to TradingView's own limits) is required to use it; you are responsible for your own TradingView account and for complying with TradingView's terms. We are not affiliated with TradingView, Inc., and we are not responsible for TradingView outages, data issues, or platform changes, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the tools working as TradingView evolves.

Everything Atty Labs provides — the tools, their signals, labels, alerts and backtests, our research articles, emails, support replies and social media posts — is general educational information about markets. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, futures contract, currency, digital asset or other instrument. Atty Labs is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. Backtests and simulated results are hypothetical, are not a record of actual trading, and do not predict future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for those decisions and their outcomes. See the Risk Disclaimer.

3. License

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, Atty Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tools in the Atty Algo Pack on one (1) TradingView account — the single TradingView username you supply at checkout — for your own personal trading and analysis, for the duration of your plan.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your access, or use the tools on a shared or communal TradingView account;
• copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the tools, their source code, or their output in any form, including screenshots or screen-shares offered as a substitute for purchasing access;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the tools' source code or underlying logic, or create derivative works or competing products based on it;
• use the tools to provide signals, alerts, or trade calls to third parties (including paid or free groups, channels, or copy-trading arrangements) without a separate written agreement with Atty Labs;
• resell access or represent yourself as an agent or reseller of Atty Labs.

You may change the TradingView username tied to your license no more than once per 90 days by contacting support; access on the old username is removed when it moves. Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Atty Labs.

4. Access delivery

Access is granted by adding your TradingView username to the invite-only access list of each tool in the pack. After checkout, you enter your TradingView username in your Whop member area, and access is granted automatically. You are responsible for supplying your exact, correctly spelled TradingView username. Delivery is complete when your username has been added on TradingView; the tools then appear under Indicators → Invite-only scripts. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact support@attyalgo.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Atty Algo Pack is offered on four plans. Every plan includes the same tools; only billing differs.

• Monthly — $89, billed every month. Auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
• 3-Month — $231, billed every 3 months. Auto-renews every 3 months until cancelled.
• Annual — $854, billed every year. Auto-renews yearly until cancelled.
• Lifetime — $1,280, one-time payment. No renewal. "Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the Atty Algo Pack (see below), for one TradingView username, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (Whop Inc., which processes card payments through Stripe, Inc.); we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes, foreign-exchange fees, or bank charges, which are your responsibility where applicable. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Auto-renewal consent: by purchasing a monthly, 3-month or annual plan you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each renewal period until you cancel.

Cancellation: you may cancel a subscription at any time from your Whop account or by emailing support@attyalgo.com from your purchase email. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the current paid period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your username is removed from the access list. No partial-period refunds or credits are given for unused time (see the Refund Policy).

Failed payments: if a renewal charge fails, we may retry it for up to 7 days; if it still fails, your access is suspended until payment succeeds.

Lifetime plan scope: the Lifetime plan grants access to the tools in the Atty Algo Pack for as long as Atty Labs continues to offer and maintain the Atty Algo Pack. If we permanently discontinue the pack, we will give lifetime license holders at least 60 days' notice and, where reasonably possible, provide the then-current version for continued personal use. The Lifetime plan does not obligate us to provide new features, new products, or perpetual compatibility with future TradingView changes beyond reasonable maintenance efforts.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. If any payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed (including a chargeback), your access to the tools is revoked immediately and your username is removed from the access list. Initiating a chargeback on a charge you actually authorized, instead of contacting us first, is a breach of these Terms; we may permanently refuse future service to accounts that do so and may dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery (the date your username was granted access).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; not to misrepresent the tools' outputs as guaranteed or as advice when sharing your own content; not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent access controls on the tools; and not to use the Service in violation of TradingView's terms.

8. Intellectual property

The tools in the Atty Algo Pack, their source code, algorithms, visual design, documentation, and all site content are the property of Atty Labs and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Purchase of access buys a license to use the tools, not ownership of it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted, that signals will be profitable, or that the Service will be compatible with future versions of TradingView. The Risk Disclaimer (including the hypothetical-performance disclosure) applies to all content and is incorporated here.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Atty Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) Atty Labs' total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Atty Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. You acknowledge that the pricing of the Service reflects this allocation of risk and that you — not Atty Labs — make and are responsible for all trading decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atty Labs and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your trading activity.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms (including license violations, account sharing, redistribution, or chargebacks), with no refund of amounts already paid. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled under Section 5. Sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes) survive termination.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the tools, the Service, and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and, for subscribers, notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact support@attyalgo.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
