Privacy Policy

Atty Labs ("we," "us") operates this website and sells access to the Atty Algo Pack, a set of invite-only TradingView tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to this website and our checkout and support channels; it does not cover TradingView itself, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout on Whop. Used to deliver access confirmations, receipts, service notices (renewals, changes, outages), support replies, and — only if you opt in — product updates and marketing.
• TradingView username — provided by you at checkout. Used solely to grant, manage, and revoke access to the invite-only tools on TradingView. This is a public platform handle, not a password; never send us your TradingView password, and we will never ask for it.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Whop Inc., which processes card payments through Stripe, Inc. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We receive from the processor only what we need to run the business: confirmation of payment, the amount, the last four digits and card brand, and your billing country.
• Support correspondence — emails you send to support@attyalgo.com and our replies.
• Cookies and analytics — We use only essential cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites; it tells us things like page views, referring sites and country, in aggregate. We run no advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers. If that ever changes we will update this policy and add a cookie-consent banner for EU and UK visitors before switching anything on.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your brokerage account details, trading positions, trade history, government ID, or TradingView password. The indicator runs entirely on TradingView's platform and does not transmit your chart activity to us.

How we use information

To deliver and manage indicator access; to process payments, renewals, and refunds; to provide support; to prevent fraud and enforce our Terms (for example, matching a chargeback to an access grant); to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting); and, with your consent, to send marketing email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; service emails about your purchase are sent regardless because they are part of delivering what you bought.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with service providers who process it on our instructions: our payment processors, and website hosting by Cloudflare, Inc.; with TradingView only in the sense that your username is entered into the indicator's access list on their platform; and where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply to data collected under it).

Retention

We keep purchase and access records for as long as your license is active, and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes — financial records are kept for seven years. You may ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, EU/UK GDPR or California CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@attyalgo.com from the address on your account; we will verify and respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. California residents: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CPRA. EU/UK residents: our legal bases are contract performance (delivering access), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service communications), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (records).

Security

Access to customer records is limited to Atty Labs personnel who need it, protected by strong authentication. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. No internet service is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Children

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU); if we learn we have, we will delete it.
