We want you to see the Atty Algo Pack on your own charts before you commit. If it's not for you, email support@attyalgo.com within 7 days of your first purchase and we'll refund that payment in full — no forms, no hoops.

The plain rules

• The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first purchase only — any plan, including Lifetime.
• It does not apply to renewal charges, to repeat purchases, or to accounts terminated for violating our Terms (for example, sharing or redistributing the script).
• When a refund is issued, your TradingView username is removed from the access list of every tool in the pack.
• After the 7-day window, all payments are final: cancelling a subscription stops future charges and you keep access through the period you've paid for, but unused time is not refunded pro-rata.

Billing mistakes — always fixed

Regardless of the window, we will fully refund duplicate charges, renewals billed after a timely cancellation, and any purchase where we fail to deliver access within 24 hours. That's the floor, always.

Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

EU/UK buyers

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable — except as this policy provides otherwise (the 7-day guarantee above is at least as generous as the statutory right in practice).
